Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the development, automation and consulting services provided by Boldys to its business clients.

Each service is subject to a personalized quote. The order is firm upon receipt of the signed quote and, where applicable, the agreed deposit.

Billing and due-date conditions are specified in each quote. Invoices are issued by Boldys.

Deliverables are handed over per the agreed schedule. Transfer of code ownership may be set out in the contract, except for licensed third-party components.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at Boldys' registered office. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
